LaRae’ C. Neal graduated from Duke University in May 2012 with a major in Psychology and double minors in Economics and African and African American Studies. She went on to Tulane University Law School and joined the Tulane Entertainment and Art Law Society, the Public Interest Law Foundation, and Tulane University Law School's mentoring program for incoming students.  Ms. Neal was also a member of the Black Law Student's Association where she served as a mentor to first-year law students and the Fundraising Chair. 

During law school, LaRae’ worked as a research assistant under Professor Ashlye Keaton in the Tulane Entertainment Law Legal Assistance (ELLA) clinic in conjunction with the Tipitina’s Foundation and the Arts Council of New Orleans to provide a variety of legal services ranging from intellectual property issues to potential litigation matters.  Ms. Neal was a summer associate at Cipriani & Werner, P.C. in 2014 where she was exposed to a variety of litigation practice areas including life sciences and premises liability.

Ms. Neal joined Cipriani & Werner, P.C. as an Associate Attorney in 2015.  Ms. Neal works primarily on the life science litigation team.  She focuses her practice on products liability, mass torts and medical malpractice litigation.  Ms. Neal has worked on numerous cases requiring e-discovery, large document productions and other complex pre-trial discovery.  She has exposure to an array of cases that have granted her the opportunity to work with manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, hospitals, nurses and physicians related to defending against negligence, strict liability and breach of warranty claims.  Ms. Neal has also assisted in advising clients on identifying and developing data protections plans and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Neal is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.  She is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association - Young Lawyers Division and the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia.  Ms. Neal is also a Bar Exam Mentor through the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia.
